Hey there, I’d say try drinking a lot of water and watch your salt/sugar intake ! Dehydration can make you look bloated since you’re retaining water, it could also be that you’re forming your stomach muscles but not burning enough fat so it comes off as bloated. For that try doing cardio exercises so your fat is being burned and the stomach muscles will be more visible (:
